摘　　要：本文提出一种针对广电市县分组传送网(PTN)建设的规划设计和实现方式。该方式区别于传统的市县传输网络规划建设方式,是根据市县业务特点、现状及发展趋势,对PTN网络建设进行统一规划,致力于建设一张全面覆盖市县的PTN网络。网络的管理维护遵循统一原则,市级广电网络公司建设管理一套集中式网管系统,市、县级广电网络公司通过此网管系统分别对域内网络进行维护管理。This paper proposes a planning,design and implementation method for the construction of packet transmission network(PTN)in radio and television cities and counties.This method is different from the traditional city and county transmission network planning and construction method.It is based on the business characteristics,current situation and development trend of the city and county business,and carries out unified planning for the PTN network construction,and is committed to building a comprehensive PTN network covering the city and county.The management and maintenance of the network shall follow the unified principle.The municipal company of radio and television network shall build and manage a centralized network management system,and the municipal and county-level companies of radio and television network shall maintain and manage the network of its own through this network management system.
