摘 要:本文对某钢结构广播电视发射塔进行检测检验,采用分层空间桁架法、空间杆梁有限元法对其进行内力计算,对构件进行验算,发现塔架部分构件最大应力大于承载力设计值,不符合国家现行标准规范的可靠性要求,影响整体安全,需进行加固维护。综合现有的钢结构加固方法和该塔工程实际情况,考虑采用增大截面和改变结构体系相结合的加固方式。采用有限元分析软件3D3S进行设计验算,计算结果满足规范要求,为类似钢塔桅结构的加固提供参考。The detection and inspection of a steel structure radio and television transmission tower was carried out.Layered space truss method and finite element method were used to calculate the internal force of the tower and check the components.It was found that the maximum stress of some components of the tower is greater than the design value of bearing capacity,which does not meet the reliability requirements of the current national standards and specifications,and affect the overall safety.Therefore,reinforcement and maintenance were required.Based on the existing steel structure reinforcement methods and the actual situation of the tower project,the reinforcement method combining increasing the section and changing the structural system is considered.The finite element analysis software 3D3S is used for design checking,and the calculation results meet the specification requirements,which provides a reference for the reinforcement of similar steel tower and mast structures.
