摘　　要：本文通过分析当前户外大屏行业政府和运营方的痛点问题,发现了适合广电网络发展的行业机遇。本文还参照某一城市的广电网络运营商户外大屏联播联控项目的收费标准和商业模式,进行了详细的商业成本及营收核算,预测了户外大屏联播联控项目的市场经济效益,为广电网络行业下一步在户外大屏联播联控上的业务发展做好了一定准备。This paper finds the industry opportunities of cable TV network through analyzing the current pain points of the government and operators in the outdoor large screen industry.By referring to the charging standard and business model of the outdoor large-screen broadcast and control project of a cable TV operator in a city,the detailed business cost and revenue accounting is carried out,and the market economic benefits of the outdoor largescreen broadcast and control project are predicted,so as to make full preparation for the next business development of the cable TV network industry in the outdoor large-screen broadcast and control.
