摘  要:目的探讨贝利尤单抗对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者自身抗体浓度的影响。方法回顾性分析首次就诊并首次规律使用贝利尤单抗治疗的50例SLE患者临床资料。采用新兴检测手段纳米磁微粒化学发光法定量检测SLE患者自身抗体浓度。分析患者治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月自身抗体浓度变化。结果与治疗前比较,患者抗双链DNA抗体(抗dsDNA抗体)、抗组蛋白抗体和抗核小体抗体浓度在治疗3个月和治疗6个月时均降低(P<0.05)。患者治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月时抗P0抗体、抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体和抗SM抗体浓度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝利尤单抗可显著降低SLE患者抗dsDNA抗体、抗组蛋白抗体和抗核小体抗体浓度,而对抗P0抗体、抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体和抗SM抗体降低效果不明显。Objective To investigate the effect of belliumab on the concentration of autoantibody in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with SLE received regular belliumab treatment for the first time were retrospectively analyzed.The concentration of autoantibody in SLE patients was quantitatively detected by nanometer magnetic particle chemiluminescence.The changes of autoantibody concentration were analyzed before treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the concentrations of anti-double-stranded DNA antibody(anti-dsDNA antibody),anti-histone antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody decreased at 3 months and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the concentrations of anti-P0 antibody,anti-SSA antibody,anti-SSB antibody and anti-SM antibody among the time points of before treatment,3 months and 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Belliumab treatment can significantly reduce the concentrations of anti-dsDNA antibody,anti-histone antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody,while its reduction effect on anti-P0 antibody,anti-SSA antibody,anti-SSB antibody and anti-SM antibody is not significant.
