社会公平感如何影响农村居民制度化政治参与?——基于五期CGSS的实证研究

摘　　要：推动农村居民政治参与是落实乡村振兴战略、提高乡村治理水平的重要环节。为探究个体因素在农村居民制度化政治参与中的作用,本文基于行为公共管理学理论,使用五期中国综合社会调查(CGSS)调查数据,并运用分层线性模型,探讨社会公平感、互联网媒介与农村居民制度化政治参与的关系。研究发现:农村居民的社会公平感对制度化政治参与有正向影响;社会信任在其中起到中介作用;互联网媒介虽然抑制了农村居民的制度化政治参与,但在社会信任影响制度化政治参与的过程中起到正向调节作用。研究结果有助于揭示农村居民制度化政治参与的成因以及互联网在其中的作用。One of the key ways to achieve rural revitalization is to innovate rural governance systems.Political participation by rural residents can promote the development of rural grassroots democracy,which is achieved by improving the governance system,enhancing the ability to govern,and providing a foundation and guarantee for governance.Therefore,promoting political participation by rural residents plays a key role in implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and thus it is important to analyze the reasons for institutionalized political participation by rural residents.To explore the role of individual factors in institutionalized political participation by rural residents,we first introduce the empirical evidence.Based on the theory of behavioral public management,the present article uses data from five periods(19613 valid samples,in total)from the Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)and applies a hierarchical generalized linear model to explore the relationship between the sense of social justice,internet media,and institutionalized political participation by rural residents.As expected,the results reveal that rural residents’sense of social justice has a positive impact on institutionalized political participation,with social trust playing an intermediary role.Although internet media inhibit the institutionalized political participation by rural residents,they play a positive moderating role in the process whereby social trust affects institutionalized political participation.This indicates that improvements in rural residents’sense of social justice can promote institutionalized political participation by improving their sense of social trust,that is,a sense of social justice is an important driving force behind institutionalized political participation.This also illustrates the complex role of internet media.Unlike“promotion theory”or“inhibition theory”,the role of internet media depends on how it is used.The entertainment attribute of internet media is not conducive to the formation of inst
