补气生血通便方治疗气血亏虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补气生血通便方治疗气血亏虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年10月—2022年7月扬州市中医院就诊的气血亏虚型功能性便秘患者60例,按照随机数字表分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予小麦纤维素颗粒治疗,观察组给予补气生血通便方治疗,并做自主肛门提肌锻炼。均治疗4周。分析比较两组治疗后的便秘症状评分、中医症候评分、盆底表面肌电值、患者生活质量自测分(PAC-QOL)评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组便秘症状各指标评分、中医症候评分和PAC-QOL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组快速收缩、紧张收缩、耐力收缩值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组前静息值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组的后静息值均低于同组治疗前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组间的后静息值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气生血通便方治疗气血亏虚型功能性便秘,可在改善气血的同时,减轻患者排便次数少、粪便干结、排便时间长等情况,恢复盆底肌功能,缓解患者负面情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of buqi shengxue tongbian decoction on functional constipation of qixue deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with functional constipation due to deficiency of qi and blood were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)from October 2020 to July 2022 in Yangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was given xiaomai xianweisu granules,and the observation group was given buqi shengxue tongbian decoction,both for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,scores of the main symptoms of constipation,traditional Chinese secondary syndrome,surface electromyography values of pelvic floor muscles,and patient quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)before and after the treatment,and the adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,scores of the symptoms of constipation such as few bowe lmovements,long bowel movements and dry stools were declined,those in the observation group were lower than in the the control group,having the significance statistics difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of rapid contraction,tension contraction and endurance contraction in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the post-resting values of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buqi shengxue tongbian decoction has a more significant clinical effect in the treatment on functional constipation of qixue deficiency type,which regulates qixue,meanwhile,effectively relieves the few bowel movements,dry stools,long bowel movements and so on,improve the pelvic floor muscle function and alleviate negative emotions,also the quality of patients'life.
