摘　　要：目的:观察自制混合凝胶冰帽对神经外科脑损伤术后发热患者降温的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月神经外科病房脑损伤术后发热患者240例,采用随机数字表法分为传统冰帽组、电子控温机冰帽组、混合凝胶冰帽组。护士统一培训三种冰帽的使用方法,使用统一数据收集表收集记录三组发热患者在22℃同等室温下使用不同冰帽0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h,2 h体温下降趋势以及患者的舒适度和操作护士工作量。结果:混合凝胶冰帽组降温效果优于传统冰帽组和电子控温机冰帽组;使用混合凝胶冰帽组患者的舒适度更高;操作护士工作量更小(P<0.05)。结论:混合凝胶冰帽降温效果优于传统冰帽和电子控温机冰帽,可增加患者舒适度,减少护士工作量。Objective:To investigate the effect of self made mixed gel ice cap on cooling of patients with fever after brain injury in Department of neurosurgery.Methods:All 240 patients with fever after brain injury were randomly divided into 3 groups:the traditional ice cap group,the electronic temperature control machine ice cap group and the mixed gel alcohol ice cap group.Nurses trained three ice caps using methods,and trained three ice caps using methods.Unified data collection table was used to collect and record the temperature decline trend of three groups of febrile patients 0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h and 2 h after using different ice caps at the same room temperature of 22℃,as well as the comfort of patients and the workload of nurses.Results:the cooling effect of the mixed gel alcohol ice cap group was better than that of the traditional ice cap group and the electronic temperature control machine ice cap group.The use of mixed gel alcohol ice cap group had higher comfort and less workload of nurses working(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooling effect of the mixed gel alcohol ice cap is better than the ice cap of the traditional ice cap and electronic ice blanket machine,and increases the comfort of patients and reduces the workload of nurses.
