摘　　要：目的观察产后康复综合治疗仪对子宫复旧和泌乳的影响。方法选择210例在本院进行剖宫产术的患者,随机均分为2组,对照组予常规康复指导(105例),研究组在对照组基础上予产后康复综合治疗仪治疗(105例)。比较两组患者的子宫复旧和泌乳时间、泌乳量情况。结果研究组子宫复旧总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组首次分泌乳汁时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组泌乳量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后康复综合治疗仪可促使产妇尽快泌乳且增加了泌乳量,利于子宫收缩复旧。Objective To observe effect of postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument on uterine involution and lactation.Methods The paper chose 210 patients with cesarean section in our hospital,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation guidance(105 cases),and study group with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument(105 cases)on the basis of control group.Uterine involution,lactation time and lactation volume between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of uterine involution in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).First lactation time in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);lactation amount of study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument can promote lactation of parturient as soon as possible and increase lactation amount,which is beneficial to uterine contraction and involution.
