支原体感染与女性不良妊娠结局关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支原体感染与孕妇患者不良妊娠结局的关系。方法以2020年7月-2021年6月泸州市中医医院收治的60例不良妊娠结局患者为对象。以同期60例正常妊娠者为对照组。比较两组支原体感染情况,并分析支原体感染与不良妊娠结局的关系。结果观察组支原体感染阳性15例,感染率为25.00%,对照组支原体感染阳性6例,感染率为10.00%(P<0.05)。结论支原体感染与孕妇患者不良妊娠结局之间关系密切,在患者孕前更应该关注支原体感染情况。Objective To explore relationship between mycoplasma infection and adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with adverse pregnancy outcomes treated in Luzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 as study objects,and 60 normal pregnant women in the same period as control group.Mycoplasma infection between two groups was was compared,and relationship between mycoplasma infection and adverse pregnancy outcome was analyzed.Results There were 15 cases of mycoplasma infection in observation group,with infection rate of 25.00%,and 6 cases of mycoplasma infection in control group,with infection rate of 10.00%(P<0.05).Drug sensitivity test showed that in observation group,ureaplasma urealyticum only(UU)had higher sensitivity rate for mirofloxacin(93.33%),doxycycline(93.33%),aloxicillin(93.33%)and clavulanic acid(93.33%);mycoplasma hominis only(MH)had higher sensitivity rate for doxycycline(100.00%),josamycin(100.00%)and clindamycin(100.00%);UU+MH palliative infection had higher sensitivity rate for miloxacin(100.00%)and doxycycline(100.00%).In observation group,there were 10 cases of premature delivery,2 cases of positive mycoplasma infection(20.00%),30 cases of abortion,9 cases positive mycoplasma infection(30.00%);20 cases of PROM,4 cases positive mycoplasma infection(20.00%).Conclusion There is close relationship between mycoplasma infection and adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women,and more attention should be paid to mycoplasma infection before pregnancy.
