富马酸卢帕他定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效及对患者心理状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的在慢性特发性荨麻疹治疗过程中,使用富马酸卢帕他定,观察治疗效果,并观察患者心理状态的改变情况。方法对象选自2020年8月-2021年8月来本院就诊的90例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者,采用奇偶分组法将90例患者分为两组,一组为对照组,另外一组命名为观察组,两组均为45例患者。采用盐酸左西替利嗪对对照组患者进行治疗;采用富马酸卢帕他定对观察组患者进行治疗。观察指标:风团及瘙痒积分情况、焦虑及抑郁情况、治疗效果、并发症情况。结果治疗前两组患者风团积分、瘙痒积分、VAS及总症状积分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的风团及瘙痒积分均较低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)评分均较低(P<0.05);在治疗有效率方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应率差距不大,不良反应患者例数均较少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用富马酸卢帕他定对慢性特发性荨麻疹患者进行治疗,是一种安全性和有效性均较高的治疗方案,值得推广。Objective To observe treatment effect and change of psychological status of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients treated with lupatadine fumarate.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups by parity grouping method.One group was control group,and the other group was observation group.Both groups had 45 cases.Control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride,observation group with lupatadine fumarate.Following observation indicators were selected:scores of wheal and itching,anxiety and depression,cuative effect and complications.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in scores of wheal,itching,VAS and total symptoms(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of wheal and itching in observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Treatment effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);compared with control group,difference in adverse reactions incidence in observation group was not significant,number of patients with adverse reactions was less,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Lupatadine fumarate is a safe and effective treatment for patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria,which is worthy of promotion.
