针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗寻常性痤疮的临床分析

摘　　要：目的应用针灸辨证取穴与局部围刺相互结合的方式对寻常性痤疮治疗的临床疗效进行探讨。方法收集北京任氏医疗美容诊所寻常性痤疮病人资料,通过入院顺序将80例患者均分为两组,对照组应用针灸辨证取穴方案治疗,研究组应用针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺方案治疗,比较两组治疗效果,开展统计学分析。结果两组治疗后皮损评分比较存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组疾病治疗效果对比存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组病人中产生不良反应情况明显低于对照组,两者对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论选择针灸辨证取穴和局部围刺相互结合的方式对寻常性痤疮疾病进行治疗,可以帮助改善病人皮损症状,减少不良反应出现的风险,促进疾病治疗效果,使病人由于疾病带来的身体不适获得减轻,保证病人治疗后的生活质量水平。Objective To explore clinical curative effect of acne vulgaris with combination of acupuncture and point selection based on syndrome differentiation and local peripheral needling.Methods The paper collected data of acne vulgaris patients in Beijing Ren's Medical and Cosmetic Clinic,40 of them in control group were treated with acupuncture point selection based on syndrome differentiation according to admission order,the remaining 40 cases in research group with acupuncture point selection based on syndrome differentiation combined with local peripheral acupuncture.Difference between two groups was compared and analyzed statistically.Results There was significant statistical difference for skin lesion scores between two groups after treatment(P<0.05);and significant statistical difference for curative effect between two groups(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation and local peripheral needling can improve symptoms skin lesions in treatment of acne vulgaris,reduce adverse reactions incidence,promote effect of disease treatment,alleviate physical discomfort caused by the disease,and ensure life quality of patients after treatment.
