静吸复合麻醉患者麻醉恢复期应用肌松监测对不良呼吸事件的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究静吸复合麻醉患者麻醉恢复期应用肌松监测对不良呼吸事件的影响。方法选取2019年4月-2021年8月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的80例静吸复合麻醉患者进行研究,以管理方案差异性为依据分组,40例纳入实验组,40例纳入对照组,实验组给予肌松监测,对照组给予常规管理,观察两组患者手术时间、麻醉时间、手术结束后至拔管时间、末次肌松至手术结束时间、不良呼吸事件发生率。结果两组患者手术时间及麻醉时间比较,对照组患者对比实验组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术结束至拔管时间及末次肌松至手术结束时间比较,实验组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良呼吸事件发生率高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静吸复合麻醉患者麻醉恢复期管理过程中,为其实施肌松监测可促进麻醉质量和效果提升,可在一定程度上减少不良呼吸事件,可实现对麻醉恢复期的有效管理,建议推广此管理方法。Objective To study effect of muscle relaxation monitoring on adverse respiratory events incidence of patients with combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia during recovery period of anesthesia.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia admitted to Shenzhen Luohu District People's Hospital from April 2019 to August 2021,and divided them into groups according to difference of management schemes.40 cases in experimental group and 40 cases in control group.Experimental group was treated with muscle relaxation monitoring,and control group with routine management.Operation time,anesthesia time,time from surgery end to extubation,time from last muscle relaxation to surgery end,incidence of adverse respiratory events was observed between two groups.Results Operation time and anesthesia time of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).time from surgery end to extubation and time from last muscle relaxation to surgery end of experimental group was better than control group,(P<0.05).Incidence of experimental group(2.50%)was less than control group(20.00%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During process of anesthesia recovery management of patients with combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia,muscle relaxation monitoring can promote quality and effect of anesthesia,reduce adverse respiratory events to some certain extent,and achieve effective management during anesthesia recovery,it is recommended to promote the management method.
