心理护理与健康教育用于烧伤整形患者护理中的效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估心理护理与健康教育用于烧伤整形患者护理中的效果。方法样本收录起止日期分别为2019年1月、2020年6月,共计收录病例76例为样本,均为本院开展烧伤整形治疗患者,实施抽签法进行分组对照研究,分别为对照组、试验组,前者采取常规护理措施,后者在前者基础上开展心理护理与健康教育,比较两组患者护理满意度、整体幸福感情况和状态。结果试验组护理满意度为94.74%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);于护理前后就组间整体幸福感量表(GWB)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)展开评价,护理前组间差异较小,护理后评分值均有所改善,但GWB评分均以试验组更高,HAMA、HAMD评分值均以试验组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对烧伤整形患者,健康教育能够传播健康知识,提升患者疾病认知能力,配合心理护理改善患者负性情绪,提高其幸福感,值得推广。Objective To analyze effect of psychological nursing and health education on HAMD scores of burn plastic surgery patients.Methods With starting and ending dates of January 2019 and June 2020,the paper chose 76 patients with burn plastic treatment in our hospital,and carried ou group control study by drawing lots,with control group and test group.The former was treated with routine nursing measures,while the latter with psychological nursing and health education on the basis of the former.Nursing satisfaction degree,overall well-being and status was compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of test group was 94.74%,which was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before and after nursing,inter-group Global Well-being Scale(GWB),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was evaluated.Difference between the groups before and after nursing was little,scores after nursing were improved,but GWB scores were higher in test group,HAMA and HAMD scores were lower in test group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can spread health knowledge,improve disease cognitive ability of burn plastic surgery patients,help them cooperate with psychological nursing,improve their negative emotions,and enhance their sense of well-being,which is worthy of promotion.
