助产士主导的家属陪伴分娩的方法及效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析观察助产护士主导的家属陪伴分娩的方法以及临床效果。方法随机选择本院2019年12月-2020年12月收治的86例初产妇为研究对象,采用数字分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇43例选择常规护理法,观察组产妇43例选择家属陪伴分娩法,对比两组产妇自然分娩、剖宫产率、产程时间、产后出血量以及新生儿Apgar评分等。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇总产程时间(7.53±1.40)h、产后2h出血量(78.71±16.23)mL,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿1min Apgar≤7分的为2.33%,低于对照组的9.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1min Apgar>7分的为97.67%,高于对照组的90.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产护士主导的家属陪伴分娩方法显著提升初产妇阴道分娩率,降低母婴并发症发生率,值得在产科大力推广应用。Objective To analyze and observe the method and clinical effect of family accompanying delivery led by midwife nurses.Methods 86 primipara who were admitted from December 2019 to December 2020 the month were randomly selected as the study subjects.They divided them into control group and observation group by digital grouping method.43 primipara in control group chose the routine nursing method,and 43 primipara in observation group chose the family accompanying delivery method.Natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,labor process time,postpartum hemorrhage volume and Apgar scores of newborn was compared between two groups.Results Natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);cesarean section rate in observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than control group(P<0.05).Total duration of labor(7.53±1.40)h and bleeding amount(78.71±16.23)mL in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).In observation group,there were 2.33%of newborns with Apgar≤7 in 1 minute,lower than 9.30%in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of Apgar>7 in 1 min were 97.67,higher than 90.70%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family accompanying delivery method led by midwifery nurses can improve vaginal delivery rate of primipara and reduce incidence of maternal and infant complications significantly,which is worthy of great promotion and application in obstetrics department.
