一期输尿管软镜碎石术可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨一期输尿管软镜碎石术可行性。方法80例肾结石和输尿管上段结石患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组采用分期输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,试验组采用一期输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。比较两组手术时间、置鞘成功率、结石清除率、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果试验组住院时间(5.37±1.49)d短于对照组的(6.58±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间、置鞘成功率、结石清除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为12.50%,对照组为22.50%,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一期输尿管软镜碎石术与分期输尿管软镜碎石术具有相近的效果,但住院时间更短。Objective To discuss the feasibility of one-stage flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with renal calculi and upper ureteral calculi were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by staged flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,and the experimental group was treated by one-stage flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The operative time,the success rate of sheath insertion,the stone free rate,the length of hospital stay,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay of the experimental group was(5.37±1.49)d,which was shorter than that of(6.58±1.36)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in operative time,success rate of sheath insertion and stone free rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications was 12.50%in the experimental group and 22.50%in the control group,and there was no statistically statistical significance in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion One-stage flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy has similar results as staged flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy,but the length of hospital stay is shorter.
