血清免疫球蛋白及补体检测水平在肾病综合征诊断中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析肾病综合征诊断中血清免疫球蛋白、补体检测水平的应用价值。方法选取50例肾病综合征患者作为观察组,另选取50例健康体检者作为对照组。对比两组研究对象的血清免疫球蛋白指标[免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]、补体指标(C_(3)、C_(4))检测结果。结果观察组IgM(2.96±1.07)g/L高于对照组的(1.48±0.51)g/L,IgA(1.74±0.49)g/L、IgG(4.91±1.19)g/L低于对照组的(2.46±0.72)、(12.76±2.85)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组C_(3)(0.94±0.17)g/L低于对照组的(1.33±0.31)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组C_(4)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于肾病综合征诊断中应用血清免疫球蛋白、补体检测具有较高的诊断价值,在患者治疗期间具有一定参考意义,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To analyze the role of serum immunoglobulin and complement levels in the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome,and explore the clinical application value.Methods 50 patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected as the observation group,and another 50 healthy patients were selected as the control group.The detection results of serum immunoglobulin(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG))and complement(C_(3),C_(4))were compared between the two groups.Results IgM of(2.96±1.07)g/L in the observation group was higher than that of(1.48±0.51)g/L in the control group;IgA of(1.74±0.49)g/L and IgG of(4.91±1.19)g/L in the observation group were lower than those of(2.46±0.72)and(12.76±2.85)g/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).C_(3) of(0.94±0.17)g/L in the observation group was lower than that of(1.33±0.31)g/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in C_(4) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of serum immunoglobulin and complement level is of high value in the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome,and has certain reference significance in the treatment of patients,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
