头孢呋辛钠治疗猩红热的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析头孢呋辛钠治疗猩红热的效果。方法90例猩红热患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组患儿给予青霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予头孢呋辛钠治疗。比较两组退热时间、喉咙疼痛消失时间、皮肤颜色恢复正常时间、住院时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后症状积分、生活质量评分。结果观察组退热时间(2.21±0.34)d、喉咙疼痛消失时间(4.24±0.56)d、皮肤颜色恢复正常时间(6.56±0.21)d、住院时间(7.12±0.25)d短于对照组的(4.45±0.45)、(5.67±0.78)、(8.56±0.78)、(10.34±0.65)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分低于本组治疗前,生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组症状积分(0.45±0.02)分显著低于对照组的(1.05±0.10)分,生活质量评分(93.24±2.32)分显著高于对照组的(82.45±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均为2.22%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢呋辛钠治疗猩红热的临床效果确切,可有效改善患儿的生活质量,起效更快,症状消失更快,且安全性高,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of scarlet fever.Methods A total of 90 children with scarlet fever were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with penicillin,and the observation group was treated with cefuroxime sodium.Both groups were compared in terms of fever abatement time,throat pain disappearance time,skin color recovery time,hospitalization time,the clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment.Results The observation group had fever abatement time of(2.21±0.34)d,throat pain disappearance time of(4.24±0.56)d,skin color recovery time of(6.56±0.21)d and hospitalization time of(7.12±0.25)d,which were shorter than those of(4.45±0.45),(5.67±0.78)and(8.56±0.78)and(10.34±0.65)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those before treatment in this group;the symptom score of(0.45±0.02)points in the observation group was significantly lower than that of(1.05±0.10)points in the control group;the quality of life score of(93.24±2.32)points in the observation group was significantly higher than that of(82.45±0.56)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.22%in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of scarlet fever is definite,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,with faster onset,faster disappearance of symptoms
