摘  要:回顾性分析10例疑难感染性疾病患者的临床资料,总结宏基因组测序(mNGS)在临床疑难感染性疾病患者诊断中发挥的重要作用。10例患者经过一系列血液化验、影像学检查、骨髓检查等未明确诊断,通过血、脑脊液、肺泡灌洗液、脓液等进行mNGS检查得以精准诊断,检查出鹦鹉热衣原体、猫立克次体、流产衣原体、约翰·坎宁安病毒(JCV)、贝纳特柯克斯体等不常见病原体。修改治疗方案后患者感染控制良好,很快减轻了患者痛苦,降低了患者死亡风险。The clinical data of 10 patients with suspected infectious diseases were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the important role played by metagenome next-generation sequencing(mNGS)in the diagnosis of patients with clinically suspected infectious diseases.After a series of in-hospital blood tests,imaging examinations,bone marrow examinations,etc.,the diagnosis was not clear,but were accurately diagnosed through blood,cerebrospinal fluid,alveolar lavage fluid,pus and other mNGS examination.Chlamydia psittaci,Rickettsia catarrhalis,Chlamydia abortus,John Cunningham virus(JCV),Bennett Kirkus and other uncommon pathogens were detected.The patient's infection was well controlled after modification of the treatment plan,which quickly alleviated the patient's suffering and reduced the risk of death.
