摘　　要：当今时代人工智能技术迅猛发展,在智能生产和生活下,整个社会领域都在智能化作用下发生深刻变革。人工智能通过对人类智能的模拟正在不断替代人的劳动,劳动创造价值过程呈现新的特点,使人们发出人工智能是否会替代人类劳动的时代之问。对此,需要运用马克思劳动价值论对人工智能时代“劳动”的本质予以揭示,从本质上看,人工智能依然是人的本质力量的对象化、现实化;智能化生产的劳动过程表现为一种协作的生产方式,出现间接劳动对直接劳动的现实替代;智能化生产作为人类劳动技术的进化,提升了劳动生产率。要在坚持马克思劳动价值论基础上,通过智能化重塑劳动价值观念,促成人的劳动解放;以人工智能充分展现人的想象力和创造力;以人工智能应用为实现人的自由全面发展创造更多自由时间和发展空间。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in today's era has led to profound changes in the entire social field under the influence of intelligence in intelligent production and life.Artificial intelligence is constantly replacing human labor through the simulation of human intelligence,and the process of creating value through labor presents new characteristics,which raises the question of whether artificial intelligence will replace human labor in the era.In this regard,it is necessary to use Marx's labor axiology to reveal the essence of"labor"in the era of artificial intelligence.In essence,artificial intelligence is still the objectification and realization of human's essential power;The labor process of intelligent production manifests as a collaborative approach,where indirect labor replaces direct labor in reality;Intelligent production,as the evolution of human labor technology,has improved labor productivity.On the basis of adhering to Marx's labor axiology,we should reshape the labor value concept through intellectualization to promote the labor liberation of adults;Fully demonstrate human imagination and creativity through artificial intelligence;Creating more free time and development space for the realization of human freedom and comprehensive development through the application of artificial intelligence.
