摘　　要：由于缺乏凝血因子,血友病患者关节及肌肉组织易反复出血,导致血友病性关节病。血友病性关节病康复治疗旨在通过不同阶段的评估及治疗,促进关节功能恢复,预防严重并发症及残疾的发生,提升患者生活质量。本文就血友病性关节病的影像学表现、康复评估及康复治疗等内容,结合当前血友病性关节病康复治疗实际情况和临床经验,最后达成共识,整理成文,供临床参考。Due to the lack of coagulation factors,hemophilic patients are prone to recurrent bleeding in their joints and muscle tissues,leading to hemophilic joint disease.The rehabilitation treatment of hemophilic arthropathy aims to promote joint function recovery,prevent serious complications and disabilities,and improve the quality of life of patients through different stages of evaluation and treatment.This article focuses on the imaging manifestations,rehabilitation evaluation,and rehabilitation treatment of hemophilic arthropathy.Based on the current situation and clinical experience of rehabilitation treatment for hemophilic arthropathy,a consensus was reached and compiled into an article for clinical reference.
