摘　　要：目的 探讨萧氏双C护理模式对接受非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的冠心病患者负面情绪、自我效能、生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年2月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的260例冠心病患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组130例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受萧氏双C护理模式干预。比较两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、自我效能评分、简明健康状况调查表评分、护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组各评分及指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组SDS和SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组内心活动、技能以及自我效能总评分均提高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组SF-36各项目评分升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 萧氏双C护理模式在提高非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术冠心病患者的自我效能、生活质量及减少患者负面情绪上具有优势,并获得较高的护理满意度。Objective To explore the impact of Xiao’s dual C nursing model on negative emotions,self-efficacy,and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods A total of 260 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 130 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group received Xiao’s dual C nursing intervention based on the control group.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-efficacy scores,generic 36-item short-form scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no statistical differences in scores and indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of inner activities,skills,and self-efficacy in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item of SF-36 in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’s dual C nursing model has advantages in improving self-efficacy,quality of life,and reducing negative emotions in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting,and has achieved high nursing satisfaction.
