摘　　要：目的分析称赞性专项护理干预在癫痫疾病患儿中的应用价值。方法选取河南省人民医院2020年3月至2022年1月就诊的癫痫患儿134例,根据护理方法分为研究组(67例)和常规组(67例)。常规组接受常规护理方案,研究组在常规组基础上接受语言称赞配合专项护理干预,比较两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、护理依从性、生活质量[少儿主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)]、家属护理满意度、复发率。结果干预后SAS、SDS评分组间比较,研究组均低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后研究组配合诊疗、遵医嘱用药、定期锻炼、护理依从性总分、ISLQ评分较常规组高(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于常规组,家属护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论称赞性专项护理干预可有效减轻癫痫疾病患儿负性情绪,提升患儿护理依从性,减少疾病复发次数,改善患儿生活质量及提高家属护理工作满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of laudatory special nursing in children with epilepsy.Methods One hundred and thirty-four children with epilepsy attending Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(67 cases)and a conventional group(67 cases)according to the care methods.The conventional group used the conventional nursing scheme,and the study group implemented language praise with special nursing interventions on the basis of the conventional group to compare the negative emotions[anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)],nursing compliance,quality of life[subjective quality of life questionnaire for children(ISLQ)],family care satisfaction,and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the study group had higher total scores of cooperation with treatment,medication compliance,regular exercise,nursing compliance and ISLQ scores than the conventional group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and family care satisfaction was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laudatory special nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotions of children with epilepsy,improve the nursing compliance of children,reduce the frequency of disease recurrence,improve the quality of life of children and the satisfaction of family members with nursing work.
