降阶梯思维联合聚焦解决模式在主动脉夹层患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨主动脉夹层(AD)患者接受降阶梯思维模式联合聚焦解决模式干预的效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年7月河南省胸科医院收治的共计110例AD患者,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(n=55)与对照组(n=55),对照组接受聚焦解决模式干预,干预组接受降阶梯思维模式联合聚焦解决模式干预,对比两组心理状态、生存质量及并发症发生率。结果 干预后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分降低,干预组评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分提高,干预组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(18.18%)比较,干预组并发症发生率(3.64%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 降阶梯思维模式联合聚焦解决模式应用于AD患者中,可缓解心理状态,改善生存质量,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of descending thinking mode combined with focusing solution mode on patients with aortic dissection(AD).Methods A total of 110 AD patients who were admitted in Henan Provincial Thoracic Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)by the random number table method.The control group was given with focusing solution mode,and the intervention group was given the step-down thinking mode combined with the focusing solution mode.The psychological status,quality of life and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the intervention group were lower(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire abbreviated version(WHOQOL-BREF)in both groups were improved,and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the intervention group were higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(18.18%),the incidence of complications in the intervention group(3.64%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the step-down thinking mode combined with the focusing solution mode in AD patients can alleviate the psychological state,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
