摘  要:目的了解大学生运动习惯、早餐习惯与心理压力(学习方面的心理压力、生活方面的心理压力)现状,并探索它们之间的相互关系,为促进大学生心理健康提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段分层系统整群抽样方法,问卷调查广西医科大学1056名大学生。采用描述性统计分析、方差分析和趋势检验分析对数据进行统计分析。结果45.1%的大学生只运动1~2次/周,14.4%的大学生只吃早餐0~1次/周。大学生的学习心理压力平均得分为(36.11±4.43)分,处于高压水平。生活心理压力平均得分为(27.89±3.97)分,处于中压水平。大学生的学习心理压力和生活心理压力均随着运动频率的增加而降低(P<0.01),生活心理压力随着早餐频率的增加而降低(P<0.01)。结论目前大学生的健康运动、早餐习惯水平低,急需改善。保持健康的运动和早餐习惯可有效缓解大学生的学习心理压力和生活心理压力。Objective To understand the current situation of exercise habits,breakfast habits,and psychological pressures(i.e.,learning psychological pressure and life psychological pressure)of university students,and to explore association between them,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting mental health of university students.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1056 students in Guangxi Medical University.Descriptive statistical analysis,ANOVA,and trend test analysis were used to analyze the data.Results 45.1%of university students exercised only 1-2 times per week,and 14.4%of university students ate breakfast only 0-1 time per week.The average score of learning psychological pressure of university students was(36.11±4.43)points,which was in a high pressure level.The average score of life psychological pressure of university students was(27.89±3.97)points,which was at a middle pressure level.Both the learning psychological pressure and life psychological pressure of university students decreased with the increase of exercise frequency(P<0.01),and life psychological pressure decreased with the increase of breakfast frequency(P<0.01).Conclusion At present,the levels of healthy exercise and breakfast habits among university students are low,and which are urgently needed to be improved.Maintaining healthy exercise and breakfast habits can effectively alleviate the learning psychological pressure and life psychological pressure of university students.
