摘 要:主要介绍无人值守深冷制氮工艺,分析了无人值守的优势。针对当前现场制氮供气模式的变化,分析单塔和双塔深冷制氮工艺的特点。与单塔制氮工艺相比,双塔工艺一次性设备投资成本高、氮气提取率高、能耗低、生命周期运行费用低。但双塔制氮工艺相对复杂、工艺变形多、稳定及可靠性有所下降、对无人值守的要求也更高。基于当前现场深冷制氮市场需求,分析深冷制氮装置发展趋势以及随着工艺及规模的变化客户对制氮装置需求的变化。The unattended cryogenic nitrogen production process is mainly introduced,and the advantages of unattended nitrogen production are analyzed.In view of the change of current on-site nitrogen supply mode,the characteristics of single-tower and double-tower cryogenic nitrogen production processes are analyzed.Compared with the single-tower nitrogen production process,the double-tower process has the advantages of high investment cost of disposable equipment,high nitrogen extraction rate,low energy consumption and low life cycle operation cost.However,the double-tower nitrogen production process is relatively complex,with many process deformations,reduced stability and reliability,and higher requirements for unattended operation.Based on the current market demand of cryogenic nitrogen production,the development trend of cryogenic nitrogen production plant and the change of customer demand for nitrogen production plant with the change of process and scale are analyzed.
