摘  要:针对天然气站场自动分输时实际输量与计划输量的偏差问题,从天然气自动分输系统的分输逻辑原理进行分析,发现不均匀系数法对于分输周期异常工况、异常数据及分输周期时间效应的忽略与天然气输差问题有着密切的关系。针对不均匀系数法的缺陷,提出了一种不均匀系数优化方法,在保证充分利用分输数据的基础上将分输周期异常工况的影响降至最小,实施案例中优化方法可将不均匀系数法的偏差率最大降低50.1%。Aiming at the deviation between the natural gas’actual and planned transmission in auto-distribution system of the natural gas station,the distribution logic principle of the natural gas auto-distribution system was analyzed to find out that,the non-uniform coefficient method’s neglect of abnormal working conditions,abnormal data and time effect of distribution cycle has close relationship with the natural gas transmission deviation.In view of the defects of the non-uniform coefficient method,an optimization method of non-uniform coefficient was proposed,in which,on the basis of ensuring full use of the distribution data,the influence of abnormal conditions in the distribution cycle was minimized.In application cases,the optimization method can reduce deviation rate of the non-uniform coefficient method by 50.1%at most.
