摘　　要：在分析和研究无水酒精生产工艺要求和工艺流程的基础上,进行无水酒精控制方案研究与确定,开发设计了基于JX300的无水酒精装置控制系统。利用AdvanTrol-Pro系统组态软件建立过程控制程序并绘制上位机监控界面,实现无水酒精生产过程的自动控制。Based on analyzing and investigating both requirements and process of absolute alcohol production,the control scheme for it was discussed and determined,including the development of its control system based on JX300.Through making use of AdvanTrol-PRO system configuration software to establish the process control program and draw monitoring picture of the upper computer,the auto-control of the absolute alcohol’s productive process was realized.
