摘  要:先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿行心脏矫治手术前后血流动力学往往发生改变,在临床工作中,对先心病患儿心功能的评价主要集中于左心系统相关指标,随着人们对心脏血流动力学的认识进一步加深,右心功能的监测逐渐成为心脏监护的重要环节。本文通过检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane、万方医学和中国知网5个数据库,综述TAPSE在各类型先心病患儿右心室收缩功能评估中的应用进展,为小儿先心病手术前后右心功能的监测提供理论依据。The hemodynamics of children with congenital heart disease(CHD)often changes during the perioperative period.Unfortunately,the evaluation of cardiac function in children with CHD is mainly focused on the left ventricle.With the further understanding of cardiac hemodynamics,the monitoring of RV function has gradually become an important part of cardiac intensive care department.We totally searched five databases including Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane,Wanfang Med,as well as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and reviewed the clinical research progress of the application of TAPSE in the evaluation of RV systolic function in children with CHD to provide a theoretical basic for the monitoring of RV function before and after operation in children with CHD.
