摘　　要：三叉神经痛在经皮球囊压迫术治疗后往往出现面部麻木的副作用, MRI可清晰显示三叉神经根及半月神经节所在的Meckel’’腔, 在临床上对提高手术成功率和降低副作用有重要作用。Treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by percutaneous balloon compression often has the side effect of facial numbness.MRI can clearly show the trigeminal nerve root and the Meckel cavity,which is clinically important for improving the operative success rate and reducing side effects.
