摘　　要：地塞米松是皮质激素受体激动药, 具有中等的镇痛作用。此药不仅能防治术后恶心呕吐(PONV)和寒战, 抑制炎性反应, 促进术后康复, 还能作为外周神经阻滞的辅助剂, 延长神经阻滞和术后镇痛时间。Dexamethasone(Dexa)is a steroid receptor agonist and has fair analgesic action.Dexa not only prevents and treats post-operative nausea,vomiting(PONV)and chills,suppresses inflammation and enhances recovery after surgery,but also can be used as an adjuvant to peripheral nerve blocks,and increases the duration of nerve block and post-operative analgesia.
