度洛西汀治疗躯体疼痛致高血压:5例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：本文报道5例躯体疼痛患者服用度洛西汀后出现暂时性血压升高, 并伴有心慌、胸闷、头痛、多汗等不适, 停止服药后患者血压逐渐恢复至正常水平。本组病例提示服用度洛西汀初期, 应警惕患者出现高血压、5-羟色胺综合征等不良反应的发生。Five patients with somatic pain disorder received treatment of duloxetine and developed hypertension with symptoms chest stuffiness,palpitation,headache,sweat.The high blood pressures subsided in one week after duloxetine withdrawal.It should pay attention to the hypertension and serotonin syndrome induced by duloxetine during the early days treatment.
