摘　　要：本文就偏头痛的发病机制、显微血管减压术对顽固性偏头痛的治疗效果, 以及电生理技术作为一种有效的辅助手段在显微血管减压术全程发挥的作用作如下综述, 为其临床治疗及研究提供指导与借鉴。This paper reviews the pathogenesis of migraine,the therapeutic effect of microvascular decompression on intractable migraine and the role of electrophysiological technique as an effective adjuvant means in the whole process of microvascular decompression,in order to provide guidance and reference for the clinical treatment and research of migraine.
