长三角一体化背景下安徽省卫生技术人员结构变动及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 分析安徽省卫生技术人员结构变化趋势,了解安徽省卫生技术人员建设与长三角平均水平的差距。方法 采用结构变动度分析法对安徽省卫生技术人员结构变动趋势进行分析,以长三角作为参照,运用偏离-份额分析法对安徽省卫生技术人员结构变迁趋势进行分析。结果 注册护士结构变动一直呈正向变动,且结构变动贡献率最大;药师和其他技术人员结构变动贡献率不活跃。职业(助理)医师、注册护士和药师的增长高于长三角平均水平,技师和其他技术人员则相反;相对于长三角主要城市的平均水平,职业(助理)医师和注册护士具有结构性优势;职业(助理)医师、注册护士和药师与长三角主要城市总体竞争力水平相差不大;技师和其他技术人员处于竞争力劣势。结论 安徽省卫生技术人员建设不断加强,总体水平较高,但卫生技术人员的配置存在结构性问题,竞争力水平不足,综合能力有待提高。Objective To analyze the changing trends in the structure of health technicians in Anhui Province and to know about the gap between the development of health technicians in Anhui Province and the average level of the Yangtze River Delta.Methods The structural change degree analysis method was used to analyze the trend of structural change in health technicians in Anhui Province,and with the Yangtze River Delta as a reference the de-viation-share analysis method was also used to analyze the trend of structural change in health technicians in Anhui Province.Results The structure of registered nurses had always been in a trend of positive change,and the con-tribution rate of structural change was the highest;the contribution of structural changes of pharmacists and other technical personnel was not active.The growth of occupational(assistant)physicians,registered nurses and pharmacists was higher than the average in the Yangtze River Delta,while the opposite was true for technicians and other technical personnel.Compared with the average level of major cities in the Yangtze River Delta,occupational(assistant)physicians and registered nurses had structural advantages;the competitiveness of occupational(assistant)physicians,registered nurses and pharmacists was not much different from the overall competitiveness of major cities in the Yangtze River Delta;technicians and other technical personnel were at a disadvantage in competitiveness.Conclusions The development of health technicians in Anhui Province has been strengthened and the overall level is high,but there are still structural problems in the configuration of health technicians,and there is insufficient level of competitiveness so that the comprehensive capacity is to be improved.
