摘　　要：目的 分析我国爱国卫生运动研究的演化趋势,为新时代爱国卫生运动研究提供参考。方法 以CNKI为数据源,以“爱国卫生运动”为主题进行检索,利用CiteSpace软件(版本5.5.R2)对1978—2020年间1 444篇有效样本的作者、机构、关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果 研究发文量缓慢增长,作者及机构间合作较少,“健康城市”“健康中国”“公共卫生”“流行特征”等为现阶段爱国卫生运动研究热点与前沿。结论 爱国卫生运动研究经历了经验总结、理论发展、改革创新三个阶段。基于重大疫情防控和健康中国建设的双重需求,亟需在理论与实践层面深入开展爱国卫生运动研究,完善国民健康促进政策,创新社会动员机制,从源头上预防和控制重大疾病,实现从以治病为中心转向以健康为中心。Objective To analyze the evolution trend of the patriotic public health movement researches in China and to provide reference for the patriotic public health movement researches in the new era.Methods CNKI was used as the data source,and the topic of"Patriotic Public Health Movement"was retrieved.CiteSpace(version 5.5.R2)software was used to analyze the knowledge map of the authors,institutions and keywords of 1444 valid samples from 1978 to 2020.Results The number of research papers published was growing slowly,and the authors and institutions seldom collaborate with each other."Healthy City","Healthy China","Public Health"and"Epidemic Characteristics"werehotspots and frontiers of the patriotic public health movement researches at the present stage.Conclusions Patriotic public health movement researches havethreestages including experience summary,theory development,and reform and innovation.Based on the needs of major epidemic prevention and control and the construction of Healthy China,it is urgent to carry out in-depth researches on the patriotic health movement at the theoretical and practical levels,to improve the national health promotion policies,to innovate social mobilization mechanisms,so as to prevent and control major diseases from the beginning and to realize health-centered healthcare from treatment-centered healthcare.
