摘　　要：针对中频电炉生产全流程中作业环境复杂、危险因素多、管理困难、易出现突发性事故等,重点对中频电炉的设备生产全流程安全管理及中频电炉各主要系统安全防护措施进行了分析和研究,提出了注意事项,可有效防止各种事故.In the overall production process of medium frequency electric furnace,working environment is complex,the dangerous factors are universal,equipment management is difficult and emergency accidents are easy to take place.The focus is on the analysis and study on the safety management of the whole equipment production of medium frequency electric furnace,and safety guard measures of every main systems of medium frequency furnace.The points for attention are proposed so that the possible accidents will be effectively avoided.
