摘　　要：介绍了烧结机主抽风机高压同步电机起动方式及运行中出现的起动失败现象,通过技术分析查找原因,制定处理方案并组织实施,积累了大中型同步电机应用中出现的各种故障的处理经验.The starting mode of the high-voltage synchronous motor on the main exhaust fan of the sintering machine and the starting failure phenomenon during operation are introduced.And the reasons are found through technical analysis,the troubleshooting plan is formulated and the implementation is organized.Besides,the experience in dealing with various faults in the application of large and medium-sized synchronous motors is accumulated.
