摘　　要：详细分析了1580线精轧机弯窜辊系统存在结构型式落后、精度保持性差、事故率高等问题,提出了改进措施.采取措施后,节省了设备维护费用,达到了降本增效目的.The problems of the bending and shifting system of 1580 finishing mill including backward structural type,poor precision retaining ability,high accident probability are analyzed in detail.The improvement measures are also proposed.By approaching the above measures,the cost of equipment maintenance will be saved and the aim of cost-saving and proficiency-increasingwill beachieved.
