摘　　要：针对某高强汽车板生产厂镀锌产线静电涂油机进行高粘度、大涂油量涂油时频繁出现局部涂油不均,并且在切换防锈油品种时产生防锈油浪费等现象,分析了造成涂油不均、浪费防锈油的原因,实施设备改造,达到了理想的涂油效果.In view of the frequent uneven oiling when the electrostatic oiling machine of galvanizing production line in high-strength automotive sheet production plant carries out high viscosity and large amount of oiling,and the waste of anti-rust oil occurs when changing anti-rust oil varieties,the reasons for uneven oiling and waste of anti-rust oil are analyzed,and the equipment transformation is implemented to achieve the ideal oiling result.
