摘 要:研究入土深度和土壤相对含水量对草地贪夜蛾化蛹和羽化的影响,为草地贪夜蛾的防控提供参考。通过收集分析不同入土深度和土壤相对含水量条件下草地贪夜蛾化蛹和羽化数量,结果表明草地贪夜蛾蛹期土壤相对含水量为20%~40%时,羽化率最高;草地贪夜蛾在入土深度3 cm时化蛹率最高,为95.56%;入土深度为4 cm时化蛹羽化率最高,为91.23%。土壤相对含水量过高(>70%)不利于草地贪夜蛾化蛹和羽化,因此建议在冬季草地贪夜蛾羽化过程中增加土壤含水量,抑制其化蛹和羽化。The effects of soil depth and soil relative water content on the pupation and emergence of Spodoptera frugiperda were studied to provide a reference for the prevention and control of S.frugiperda.The number of pupation and eclosion of S.frugiperda under different soil depths and relative water content were collected and analyzed with SPSS 19.0.The results showed that the emergence rate of S.frugiperda was the highest when the relative soil water content was 20%~40%.The pupation rate of S.frugiperda was the highest when the soil depth was 3 cm,which was 95.56%.The eclosion rate of pupae was the highest when the soil depth was 4 cm,which was 91.23%.Excessive soil relative water content(70%)is not conducive to the pupation and eclosion of S.frugiperda.Therefore,it is suggested to increase the soil water content during the winter eclosion of S.frugiperda to inhibit its pupation and eclosion.
