摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在探索用户使用开放政府数据的影响因素,为不同国家的开放政府数据工作提供一定理论启示和实践经验。[方法/过程]对29篇定量研究进行元分析,研究开放政府数据使用意愿的影响因素,并针对文化和技术发展水平进行元回归。[结果/结论]结果发现,感知有用性、社会影响、绩效期望、努力期望、系统质量、相对优势以及信任是主要影响因素;同时,文化和技术也在开放政府数据使用中起到了重要的调节作用。[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors influencing users’intention to use open government data and provide some theoretical and practical implications for the work of open government data in different countries.[Method/Process]This paper makes a meta-analysis of 29 quantitative studies to explore the determinants of using open government data,and conducts a meta-regression for the level of cultural and technological development.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that perceived usefulness,social influence,performance expectation,effort expectation,system quality,relative advantage and trust are the main factors.At the same time,culture and technology also play an important moderating role in the use of open government data.
