发展活体畜禽抵押贷款的对策研究——以沈阳市某县为例

摘　　要：文章在回顾了金融创新与抵押贷款的基本理论之后,以沈阳市某县创新活体畜禽抵押贷款的县域实践为例,针对其活体畜禽抵押贷款推广中存在的问题,提出了促进活体畜禽抵押贷款发展的对策建议。After a brief review of the basic theories of financial innovation and mortgage loan,taking the county practice of a county in Shenyang as an example,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of live livestock and poultry mortgage loan in view of the problems existing in the promotion of live livestock and poultry mortgage loan.
