摘 要:利用宁德市、福州市、莆田市11座观测铁塔的多层风数据,将铁塔周围下垫面来向风划分为海面来风、陆地来风及混合地形来风,分析不同高度、不同地貌来向风的阵风因子和转换系数差异。结果表明:同一高度、不同下垫面的阵风因子为陆地来风>混合地形>海面来风;根据WMO推荐,将陆地来风细分为陆地风和离岸风,10 m高度陆地风和离岸风的阵风因子比WMO的推荐值偏小,陆地风、离海风和海面风的转换系数与WMO推荐值几乎一致,WMO的转换系数可适用于我国福建沿海10 m高度不同阵风时距最大风的转换计算。Based on the multi-layer wind data of 11 observation towers in Ningde City,Fuzhou City and Putian City,the underlying surface wind approach around the tower was divided into sea surface wind approach,land surface wind approach and mixed terrain wind approach,and the difference of gust factor and conversion coefficient of wind approach at different heights and different landforms was analyzed.The results showed that the gust factor at the same height and different underlying surface is land wind>mixed terrain>sea wind.According to the WMO recommendation,the land wind is subdivided into land wind and offshore wind.The gust factor of land wind and offshore wind at 10 m height is smaller than the recommended value of WMO,and the conversion coefficient of land wind,offshore wind and sea wind is almost consistent with the recommended value of WMO.The conversion coefficient of WMO can be applied to the conversion calculation of maximum wind gusts with different gusts of 10m height along the coast of Fujian Province.
