摘 要:研究以池塘养殖鱼类(罗非鱼)为对象进行试验。结果表明,当水温低于12.80℃时溶氧量较低;当溶氧量为21.58~31.82 mg/L时,鱼体的耗氧率呈现先升后降再升高的变化趋势,当水温高于30.30℃时鱼体耗氧速率最快,达到最高值后开始下降,但仍然保持一定的增长幅度;当溶氧量为41.45~51.73 mg/L时,鱼体内的耗氧量急剧下降且呈显著降低的趋势,这可能是由于此时水中氧气浓度过高所导致的。通过改变曝气方式来调节DO浓度可以有效地促进溶氧水平的增加,效果更好。In this study,the pond fish(tilapia)was taken as the object for relevant experiments.The results showed that the dissolved oxygen concentration is lower when the water temperature is lower than 12.80℃.When the dissolved oxygen is 21.58~31.82 mg/L,the oxygen consumption rate of fish body shows a trend of first rising,then falling and then rising,among which,when the water temperature is higher than 30.30℃,the oxygen consumption rate of fish body is the fastest,and after reaching the highest value,it begins to decline,but still maintains a certain growth range.When the dissolved oxygen is 41.45~51.73 mg/L,the oxygen consumption in fish decreases sharply and shows a significant trend of decrease,which may be caused by the high oxygen concentration in water at this time.Adjusting DO concentration by changing aeration mode can effectively promote the increase of dissolved oxygen level,thus making its effect better.
