摘　　要：高山辣椒是在适应高寒山区气候下栽培的一种蔬菜品种。在高山辣椒的生长过程中,雨水成为制约辣椒产量的一个关键因素,因雨水问题造成农民辣椒产量大幅度减少已经成为一个共性问题。文章以石台县七井山高山辣椒生长发育为例,探究大棚避雨栽培技术的实施与应用。Alpine pepper is a vegetable variety cultivated in the alpine climate.In the growth process of alpine pepper,rain has become a key factor that restricts the yield of pepper,and it has become a common problem that farmers'yield of pepper is greatly reduced due to rain.Taking the growth and development of alpine pepper in Qijing Mountain of Shitai County as an example,this paper explored the implementation and application of the cultivation technology of sheltering from rain in greenhouse.
