摘　　要：为了探究大蒜挥发物对烟蚜种群的控制效应,为大田间作套种防控烟蚜提供科学参考。本试验采取室内盆栽饲养的方法,测定紫白皮品种大蒜对烟蚜种群数量、种群增长率、驱避效果与干扰效果的影响,模拟紫白皮品种大蒜对烟蚜种群的控制效应。试验结果表明:紫白皮大蒜对烟蚜种群数量、种群增长率与干扰作用都具有显著影响(P<0.05)。29 d内,紫白皮大蒜对烟蚜种群数量、种群增长率与干扰作用分别减少了76.84%、27.03%和27%。然而,大蒜挥发物对烟蚜的驱避率影响不显著(P>0.05)。越到后期,大蒜挥发物对烟蚜的控制效果越明显,最强时为0.34。试验结果说明大蒜挥发物能对烟蚜种群起到明显的控制效果。In order to explore the control effect of garlic volatiles on Myzus persicae population and provide scientific reference for intercropping control of Myzus persicae,the indoor pot feeding was used in this study.The effects of purple and white garlic varieties on the population number,population growth rate,repellent rate and interference effect of Myzus persicae were determined.The control effect of purple and white garlic varieties on Myzus persicae population was simulated.The results showed that garlic had significant effects on the population number,population growth rate and interference effect of Myzus persicae(P<0.05).Within 29 days,the effects of garlic on population number,population growth rate and interference effect of Myzus persicae were decreased by 76.84%,27.03%and 27%,respectively.However,the effect of garlic volatiles on the repellent rate of Myzus persicae was not significant(P>0.05).To the later stage,the control effect of garlic volatiles on Myzus persicae was more obvious,the strongest effect was 0.34.These results indicated that the volatiles of garlic had obvious control effect on Myzus persicae population.
