河口村水库2021年洪水调度工作分析

摘　　要：2021年,受副热带高压异常影响,北方地区降雨普遍增多。7月进入主汛期以来,沁河上游持续暴雨,局部特大暴雨,河口村水库接连经受8次洪水考验,创造了最高水位、最大入库流量、最大下泄流量、最长泄洪时间等多项建库记录,通过洪水调度,有力保证了沁河安澜和两岸群众生命财产安全,为黄河干流洪水消峰错峰做出了积极贡献。通过对2021年洪水调度过程进行回顾分析,总结成功经验及重点举措,为后续防汛工作打下坚实基础,为同类工程调度运行提供借鉴。In 2021,due to the abnormal influence of the subtropical high,the rainfall in northern China generally increased.Since the main flood season began in July,continuous rainstorm occurred in the upstream of the Qinhe River,and local extremely heavy rainstorm occurred.Hekou Village Reservoir has been tested by 8 floods in succession,creating multiple records of reservoir construction such as the highest water level,the largest inflow flow,the largest discharge flow,and the longest flood discharge time.Through flood regulation,it has effectively guaranteed the safety of life and property of the people on both sides of the Qinhe River in Anlan and made positive contributions to the peak elimination and peak staggering of the flood in the main stream of the Yellow River.Through reviewing and analyzing the flood dispatching process in 2021,the successful experience and key measures are summarized,laying a solid foundation for subsequent flood control work and providing reference for the dispatching operation of similar projects.
