摘 要:西安市李家河水库引水系统总干渠复线工程位于陕西省西安市蓝田县境内,现状干渠沿线不少冲沟段需架设渡槽,通过对其地理位置,渡槽布置以及地质条件具体分析,跨中沟段决定采用混凝土渡槽进行设计,并通过几种槽身施工方案的对比优化,根据造槽机法的工作原理、特点,最终推荐使用造槽机施工法。重点针对造槽机法的施工工艺以及流程:土石方工程、桩基础、下部结构浇筑、上部结构浇筑,进行具体分析研究,最后通过优化施工工期管理,采用两台造槽机,施工内模采用散装内模,渡槽槽身采用U型、半径1.25 m、高2 m、壁厚0.25 m,上口净宽2.50 m最为适用,以达到保证工期,工程质量,减少投资的目的。The double-track project of the main trunk canal of the water conveyance system of Lijiahe Reservoir in Xi’an is located in Lantian County,Xi’an City,Shanxi Province.Many gullies along the current trunk canal need to be built with aqueducts.Through the specific analysis of its geographical location,aqueduct layout and geological conditions,it was decided to use concrete aqueducts for the design of the midspan trench section.Through the comparison and optimization of several construction schemes of the channel body,and according to the working principle and characteristics of the trough making machine method,the trench making machine construction method was finally recommended.Focusing on the construction process and process of the trough making machine method:earthwork,pile foundation,substructure pouring,superstructure pouring,specific analysis and research were conducted.Finally,by optimizing the construction period management,two trough making machines are used,with bulk internal formwork used for construction.The aqueduct body was U-shaped,with a radius of 1.25m,a height of 2m,a wall thickness of 0.25m,and a net width of 2.50m at the upper end,which was most suitable to ensure the construction period,project quality and reduce investment.
