摘 要:以位于浮梁县江村乡茶场的柴家岭水库为例,在概述水库大坝运行现状及地质条件的基础上,对大坝帷幕灌浆加固方案展开设计,并对包括钻孔、裂缝冲洗、制浆及灌浆、注浆压力等在内的施工控制要点展开分析探讨。结果表明,帷幕灌浆作为常见的水库大坝除险加固技术,通过分析、控制、不断调整灌浆孔位布置、灌浆材料、灌浆方式以及灌浆压力等施工参数,以取得较好的水库渗漏、裂缝处理效果。Taking Chaijialing Reservoir,located in tea plantation in Jiangcun Township,Fuliang County,as an example,based on the overview of the current operation status and geological conditions of the reservoir dam,the design of the dam curtain grouting reinforcement scheme is carried out,and the construction control points including drilling,crack flushing,grouting and grouting,grouting pressure,etc.are analyzed and discussed.The results show that curtain grouting,as a common danger control and reinforcement technology for reservoir dams,can achieve better reservoir leakage and crack treatment effect by analyzing,controlling and continuously adjusting the construction parameters such as grouting hole layout,grouting material,grouting method and grouting pressure.
