摘　　要：随着中国经济快速发展,水利工程数量的不断增多,水文巡测的重要性也日益突出,受到各地区水文勘测局的高度重视。水文巡测是获取水文资料的主要手段和方式,是水文测验方式改革的方向。为完善防洪非工程措施,密切监控河流汛情,提高水文监测能力和水文预报精度,要加强文化巡测站建设。为保证驻马店市水文巡站工程质量,要对工程质量加强管理,以提高工程质量。With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing number of water conservancy projects,the importance of hydrological patrol is also becoming increasingly prominent,and is highly valued by hydrological survey bureaus in all regions.Hydrological patrol is the main means and way to obtain hydrological data,and the direction of hydrological survey reform.To improve the non-engineering measures for flood control,closely monitor the flood situation of rivers,improve the hydrological monitoring ability and hydrological forecast accuracy,we should strengthen the construction of cultural patrol stations.In order to ensure the project quality of hydrologic patrol station in Zhumadian,we should strengthen the management of the project to improve the project quality.
