枫蓼肠胃康分散片联合穴位贴敷治疗急性腹泻(湿热型)患儿疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察急性腹泻(湿热型)患儿采用枫蓼肠胃康分散片联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果。方法将我院就诊的急性腹泻(湿热型)患儿100例随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用枫蓼肠胃康分散片联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效;记录患儿腹泻、呕吐、发热消失时间;比较治疗前后两组的中医症候积分变化、免疫功能以及肠道菌群水平;比较治疗期间两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组(<0.05);两组患儿大便质地、腹胀腹痛、口干发热、乏力神倦评分均较治疗前下降(<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻、呕吐、发热消失时间均短于对照组(<0.05);两组患儿CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(<0.05),CD8^(+)均下降,且观察组低于对照组(<0.05);两组患儿的双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、肠球菌水平均上升,且观察组高于对照组(<0.05),两组酵母样真菌水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论急性腹泻(湿热型)患儿采用枫蓼肠胃康分散片联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果好,能有效改善其各项临床症状,缩短患儿症状改善时间,增强机体免疫功能,改善肠道菌群失调情况,从而帮助患儿胃肠功能恢复。Objective To observe the curative effect of Fengliao Changweikang Dispersible Tablets combined with acupoint application on children with acute diarrhea of damp-heat type.Methods A total of 1oo children with acute diarrhea(damp-heat type)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with western medicine,while observation group was treated with Fengliao Changweikang Dispersible Tablets and acupoint application on basis of control group.The clinical curative effect after treatment was compared between the two groups;the disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever was recorded;the changes in scores of TCM syndromes,immune function and levels of intestinal floras before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);scores of syndromes(stool texture,abdominal distension and pain,dry mouth and fever,fatigue)were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),while CD8^(+)in both groups was decreased,and was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of bifidobacteria,lactobacillus and enterococci were increased in both groups,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),while the level of yeast-like fungi was decreased in both groups,and was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);during treatment,there were no significant adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion Fengliao Changweikang Dispersible Tablets combined with acupoint application is effective on patients with acute diarrhea of damp-heat type
